Camera-Ready Submission

Upon acceptance, at least one of the authors listed in the paper must attend the conference and present the paper according to the conference schedule. If the presenter is unable to attend for any reason, the accepted paper will not be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings. At least one of the authors listed on the paper must register for ACCEE 2027 to upload the final manuscript. The final manuscript must be prepared based on the reviewers' comments and follow the final paper format as well as PDF compliance. Only papers corrected according to the reviewers' suggestions will be included in the final conference proceedings.

1. Preparing the Camera-Ready Version

Each paper must be in PDF format, written in English, and conform to the standard two-column conference format. You must use the ACCEE template.

Check your formatting first — it takes seconds and it is free. The button below opens our Paper Format Check page. Upload your Word file (.docx or .doc) and it reports page size, margins, column layout, fonts, missing template styles, the conference header, leftover template text and the page limit — everything a reviewer would send back to you. It is not a submission, the committee never sees it, and you can run it as many times as you need.

2. Before Creating a PDF

No page numbering should be inserted by the authors.
Add the following Conference Header at the RIGHT top of the first page of your source file (it already exists in the conference template): 1. Asian Conference on Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACCEE 2027), 3-4 May 2027, Almaty-Kazakhstan.

3. CMT Acknowledgment

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
