Notes

Early registration. The early rate applies to payments received on or before 1 March 2027. From 2 March the late rate applies, and registration closes on 15 March 2027.
Note. The conference will be held physically on 3 May 2027, and online on 4 May 2027.
Note. All physical participants receive a certificate and conference kit.
  • The physical registration fee includes access to all technical sessions, 2 coffee breaks and lunch on 3 May 2027, a conference kit, and a presentation certificate.
  • Virtual presenters receive an official participation certificate and the conference proceedings after the conference, electronically by e-mail. Virtual registration does not include a conference kit.
  • A second paper must be presented in the same format — physical or virtual — as the first, and only the already-registered author of the first paper may register it.
  • The 2nd Regular Author rate applies to a further physical participant on a paper whose first author has already registered at the full rate.
  • Accompanying persons may attend the conference and the gala dinner, but do not receive a certificate or conference materials.
  • Refund of charge is not available.
