Asian Conference on Computer and Electrical Engineering
We are pleased to invite you to the 1st Asian Conference on Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACCEE 2027), which will be held at Rixos Almaty in Almaty, Kazakhstan, from May 3–4, 2027, organized by Gazi University (Türkiye), Al-Farabi Kazakh National University (Kazakhstan), the Institute of Information and Computational Technologies (Kazakhstan), Shuhada-e-APS University of Technology Nowshera (Pakistan) and Khazar University (Azerbaijan). The event will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing participants to present their papers either in person or virtually via Zoom.
ACCEE 2027 aims to bring together scientists, engineers, and researchers working across the fields of electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, and related disciplines to promote interdisciplinary collaboration. The conference will showcase cutting-edge research in electrical and computer systems, providing a global platform for the exchange of ideas, technical insights, and scientific discussion. This year’s theme is “Perspectives for Artificial Intelligence,” reflecting our commitment to solving complex engineering problems through a multifaceted perspective.
ACCEE 2027 is open to a wide audience — senior scientists, M.Sc./Ph.D. students, post-graduate students, research scholars, post-doctoral researchers, and academics in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Mechatronics, and the Natural Sciences. Companies focusing on entrepreneurship, research, and development are also encouraged to participate.
We welcome submissions for special sessions, tutorials, lectures, and exhibitions. If you are interested in organizing a session or contributing in any other way, please contact Prof. Dr. Erol Kurt or Prof. Dr. Murat Kunelbayev.
The topics of the conference include, but are not limited to, the following tracks. Interdisciplinary papers that cross track boundaries are especially encouraged.
Theory, algorithms, and systems for modern machine learning — from foundation models and agentic AI to graph learning and trustworthy deployment. Welcomes both methodological advances and rigorous applied studies across engineering domains.
Modeling, control, and analytics for the modern grid and electrified infrastructure — unifying classical power engineering with data-driven methods for resilient, decarbonized energy systems.
Architectures, signal processing, and protocols for the networks of the next decade — terrestrial and beyond. Work on the convergence of communication, sensing, and machine intelligence is particularly welcome.
From transistors to qubits: devices, circuits, and architectures that power emerging computing paradigms, including hardware specialized for AI workloads.
Security, privacy, and safety for software, hardware, and AI-enabled systems — spanning offensive and defensive research, formal assurance, and the unique threat surface introduced by machine learning.
Computational methods at the interface of engineering, the life sciences, and human systems — where interdisciplinary work has the most direct societal impact.
A special industry-facing track on intelligent manufacturing and the digital transformation of small and mid-sized enterprises. Case studies, deployed systems, and academia–industry collaborations are welcome alongside traditional research papers.
